Avoiding confusion: 'Stricter' SOPs for CMCO yet to be finalized

According to the livestream on the 3rd of November, Dato Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob, the Minister for Security and Minister of Defence, has said that stricter SOPs have been proposed to the MKN (Majlis Keselamatan Negara), and is still in the reviewing process.

"We do not want to cause any unnecessary confusion and trouble for the people. And hence, while the Ministry is going through the process of compiling and finalizing the SOPs that have been suggested, Insha Allah we will be able to announce it as soon as possible, and hopefully within these three days."

Meanwhile, Seremban has now been placed under CMCO from 5 November to 18 November due to rising COVID-19 cases. Several prisons in Northern zones and Selangor has been releases from MCO, whereas Seberang Perai Prison in Penang continues with MCO from 5 November to 18 November.
