COVID-19: Chong Kok Kopitiam reports a positive case among tenants

Renowned 'Chong Kok Kopitiam' stated in an official announcement that one of their nasi lemak tenants have tested positive for COVID-19.

The tenant had displayed symptoms and the test came back positive on the 6th of July. The coffee shop had immediately closed down their premises for deep cleaning and sanitization. All staff will also undergo rapid testing and will self-quarantine until they receive their test results. 

'Chong Kok Kopitiam' will stay closed until further notice. During the closure, the coffee shop will hire professionals to disinfect their premises to ensure the safety of their patrons. They also apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

The announcement also asked for all customers who visited their shop and the nasi lemak stall on the 6th of July to monitor their health. If any COVID-19 symptoms were to surface, customers are urged to go for rapid testing just to be safe.
