• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Assist in Tax filling
• Responsible to maintain accounts transactions, filing and document processing
• Responsible for update of employee's daily attendance records / allowance and monthly payroll calculations (Local and contract).
• To monitor and update staff attendance, leave and Overtime record. Handling office administrator task.
• To support in preparing Human Resources documents, data entry and filling.

• At least Diploma in Accounting
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• A basic understanding of the HR role. Computer literate (Words, Excel and etc.)

Job Description

• To implement, monitor, maintain and improve occupational safety & health management system and corporate compliances.
• To ensure Health, Safety & Environment Compliance stipulated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and any other recognized authorities' requirements.
• To liaise with external government and non-government to ensure compliances.
• To liaise with CIDB to ensure the project worker is obtained and complied with CODB green card.
• To perform routine walk through audit and inspection.
• To organize induction course for new worker & implement HSSE system and program in the project.
• To conduct HSSE briefing on HSSE requirement to the subcontractors.
• To create awareness & promote of HSSE compliance stipulated in the occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 1994 and any other requirements via HSSE program in the project.
• To ensure license, permit or certification required by are obtained and complied in the project.
• To prepare site registration and submission to Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) for new sites and tower crane installation application.
• To perform potential hazards identification via Job Safety Analysis and Risk Assessment (HIRARC) for the project.
• To prepare & be involved for accident incident investigation report & emergency response plan procedures for worksites and provide advice on necessary corrective/preventive actions to be taken and follow up with the related parties in order to close up the incident cases for the project.
• To arrange & conduct safety & compliance training for the project's worker and staff.
• To be appointed Secretary for the monthly HSSE Committee Meeting.
• Ensure any driven machinery under maximum load to have all safety devices in proper working order.

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Safety & Health Management and registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH

Job Responsibilities:-

Job Responsibilities - 

• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams;

Job Requirements -

• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field
• Knowledge in plastic packaging is an added advantage;
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);
• Understanding of supply chain procedures;
• Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses;
• Computer literacy and excellent communication skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment which requires multi-tasking;
• High team spirit, able to work well as a team but also independently;

Job Description

• Conduct Finished Feed delivery accurately as stated in Delivery Order Form issued by Sales Department.
• Count, record and instruct Forklift Driver in loading the finished feed as of order stated in Delivery Order Form.
• Practice FIFO(First In First Out) system in conducting the task.
• Recording of delivery activities as accordance with ISO standard.
• Conduct daily stock check, inclusive of torn bags, return feeds from customer and remixing feeds.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and orderly on regular basis.
• Indicate old feed in daily stock check and segregate the relevant old feed for further action by QAO.
• Proper adherence to HSE procedure.

• Minimum SPM, pass in Mathematics subject.
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

• Maintain and repair plant M&E equipment and electrical control & wiring;
• Troubleshoot plant electrical and mechanical issues;
