The BaSangLang crew dropped in at another famous Bah Kut The restaurant this weekend - Ah Her Bah Kut Teh! A familiar name to most, Ah Her Bah Kut Teh has many branches in Klang. The outlet we went to was their Bandar Botanic branch.
Traditional and rich in flavor, Ah Her Bah Kut Teh features their signature thick broth with soft pork meat. Their oil rice is mixed with fried onions, making it especially fragrant and appetizing. Other side dishes include intestines, mushrooms and vegetables.
Personally, we feel like the soft pork meat would be their specialty! Loved the thick soup that sums up the entire meal. If you’re into thick broth and soft melting-in-your-mouth pork meat, you would definitely love it here.
